As an equity co-op (not a condominium or strata), traditional mortgages are not available. Share purchases are paid in full at closing using personal funds or bridge financing. Members may personalize or renovate their suite to suit long-term living needs, with all renovations subject to Board approval to ensure safety and the long-term value of the co-op.
